Changi Airport

Today we go to Changi Airport for our Social Competence & Travelling lesson. Mr Lim tells us that there are altogether 4 terminals - terminal one, terminal two, terminal three and budget terminal. We take skytrain to move around terminals one to three.

The purpose of the visit is not just viewing the aeroplanes or eating at one of the food outlets. We learn
(1) What do the displayed signs mean?
(2) What is the flight check-in procedure?
(3) What is the maximum size of hand luggage?
(4) What are the items that are not allowed to pack in the luggage?
(5) What is the immigration for?
(6) What is 'Arrival' and 'Departure'?
(7) Where to find the information on arrival and departure?
(8) Which row to check-in the flight?

Art and Craft lesson

Taking body temperature

Everyday we take our body temperature 2 times. The first time is when we arrive in school, the second time is before or after the recess.

Pamela, Wei Xiang and Sheena will take turn to help to record the readings of temperature.

Next Monday is school holiday !

Mr Lim told us that next Monday is a school holiday, because it is Youth Day !
We should spend some time doing exercise and playing game to keep ourselves fit and healthy.

Today we practise shuttle run during PE lesson.
Next week we plan to practise sit-up.

We shared and used the computer to do exercises on Maths.

Pamela was using teacher's laptop to take her listening test.

Teacher said we can talk but we have to talk softly. We should learn how to share the classroom resources and not to disturb others.
